1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at our support email.

2. Returns & Replacement

Physical Books:
- Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery only if:
  - The book is damaged during shipping.
  - You received a wrong or misprinted copy.
- Returned books must be unused and in original packaging.
- Customer must provide order details and proof (like images of damage).
Digital Books (eBooks/PDFs):
- All sales are final.
- Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once delivered/downloaded.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval/rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, coupons, or promotional offers.
Digital/Downloadable products (eBooks, PDFs, etc.).
