1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We partner with trusted courier and postal services to deliver your books.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Within India: 5–7 business days (depending on location).

    • Remote/Rural Areas: May take 7–10 business days.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as courier delays, strikes, or natural causes.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

  • You can use this ID to track your shipment status online.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package/product.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund after verifying with the courier service.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we dose not offer international shipping.
